Welcome to Blend 745! We are committed to getting your fragrances to you safely and efficiently. Because our products contain fine ingredients and alcohol bases, our shipping processes adhere strictly to US safety regulations.

           Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and US federal holidays).
  
• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
  
  Shipping Restrictions & Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) Notice
   
• Ground Shipping Only: Due to federal Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations regarding alcohol-based consumer commodities, fragrances are classified as Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) and must be shipped via ground transportation only.
  
• They cannot be shipped via air services (such as USPS Priority Mail Express or air options). Please keep this in mind when estimating your delivery window.
   
• Domestic US Only: At this time, we exclusively ship within the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or international addresses due to strict transit carrier restrictions.
  
  Carriers and Estimated Transit Times
  
  
• We ship via major domestic carriers including USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground.
  
  
• Standard Ground: Typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location.
  
  Lost or Damaged Packages
  
  Blend 745 is not responsible for packages once they are scanned into the custody of the carrier. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if it has been delayed significantly, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim, or reach out to us at support@blend745.com for assistance.
