Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer refunds and cancellations under the following conditions:

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled without penalty only if they have not yet entered our fulfillment or shipping queue.
  • Once an order has been assigned a tracking number or packed for shipment, it cannot be canceled and must instead go through our standard 30-day return process once delivered.

Refunds

  • At Blend 745, we want you to love your scent. Because fragrances are personal items, we maintain clear guidelines to ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness.

    Return Window

    We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased directly from blend745.com.

    Condition of Returned Items

  • Unopened & Unused: Due to health, safety, and quality control standards, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed packaging (including cellophane wrap and outer boxes).

  • Opened, sprayed, or used bottles cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • Final Sale Items: Discovery sets, sample packs, and items marked as final sale or clearance are non-returnable.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
     
  • Please email us at support@blend745.com with your order number and clear photos showing the damaged product and outer packaging.

  • Once verified, we will happily send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. (Note: We do not require unboxing videos, but photo proof of the damaged goods and packaging is required.)

    Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an unopened item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: A modest restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to opened-box or unauthorized returns to cover handling costs.

    Refunds Process

    Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
